We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location couldn't be better, right in the heart of the city center. We were within walking distance of the black lake, numerous restaurants, and a supermarket. The rooms were clean and stylish, with all the amenities we needed, including ironing facilities, a mini-bar, and a comfortable sitting area. The staff at the reception desk were extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The highlight of our stay was definitely the spa and wellness center. We enjoyed relaxing in the sauna and jacuzzi, and even treated ourselves to a soothing massage. The beautiful garden area was a great place to unwind and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. the service, comfort, and quality at this hotel were exceptional. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and enjoyable stay.

This hotel has a central location, close to supermarkets, restaurants, and the national park. the rooms are clean, comfortable, and well equipped with fridges and satellite TVs. the breakfasts and dinners offer plenty of options and are tasty. Some rooms also have lovely views of the mountains or the village. the hotel has a nice café and indoor/outdoor seating.

Some guests may find the rooms too small or the bed uncomfortably low.

The hotel location was great, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. We also enjoyed the views from our room. The breakfast was decent with a good variety of food to choose from.

The bathroom in our room was poorly designed, and the walk-in shower flooded the entire floor.

Stayed here for a weekend and it exceeded our expectations. the hotel is very modern and stylish. the room was well equipped and cozy, with a comfortable bed and a nice balcony. We were pleasantly surprised by the wide variety of food options offered at breakfast, including fresh pastries and fruits. the hotel also has a really great location, close to lots of hiking trails and national park entrance.

That there wasn't always hot water in our room, making showering a bit uncomfortable. the service at the restaurant was a bit slow.
